I-Chill software is a innovative solution for managing and optimizing Chiller systems.
I-CHILL is an innovative software developed for companies that manufacture Chillers, Heat Pumps, and Multifunction Units. It is a full web-based solution comprising three main modules that interact directly with each other:

DESIGN
Developed for the Technical office and R&D , this module revolutionizes the design process of a unit and/or a product line.
The designer only needs to provide general information about the main characteristics of the product, and I-Chill will generate a list of possible solutions by combining base components (Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Fans, Valves, etc.) from its database.
Within few seconds , the designer gains a broad overview of solutions to compare and select the one that best meets efficiency and cost requirements. Once a solution is identified, the designer can:

Edit the unit by modifying characteristics of the automatically selected components. 🗸

Print the technical datasheet using the set operating conditions. 🗸

Calculate SEER, SCOP, SEPR, IPLV, NPLV, and generate a complete calculation sheet. 🗸

Produce the UNI TS 11300 document. 🗸

Generate performance tables by defining a range of operating conditions. 🗸

Create partial load calculation documents (for cooling, heating, and heat recovery).

Save the unit and/or product line in the standard product database, accessible to the sales network.
SELECTION
Developed for the Sales network , this module selects products with the required characteristics and performance under specified operating conditions. Although the software performs a complete and precise refrigeration circuit calculation for each unit, its response speed is impressive: results are delivered in seconds.
For inverter compressors, I-Chill evaluates unit performance by adjusting compressor frequency and fan speed based on predefined control criteria.
Users can:

Print the technical datasheet of the selected product.

Select compatible accessories for the product (using rules for incompatibility and joins).

Develop partial load calculation tables (for cooling, heating, and heat recovery).
-
Save selections in the quotation archive; price multipliers are retrieved from user profiling data.

Access usage statistics and sales trend insights (for administrator profiles).

When the user selects a unit in the selection module, they can access the available accessories to complete the configuration and generate a quotation.
PRE-SALES
The Pre-sales module has been developed to meet the needs of companies that offer custom machines. In fact, it is based on the Selection module, with the addition of editing functions similar to those available in the Design module.
The user identifies the product that best matches the customer’s requirements and then proceeds to edit the unit, with the ability to modify:

The Compressor models, and the superheating and subcooling TD values.

The user-side and/or source-side Heat Exchanger model.
-
The Fan model.
-
The Fan control settings.
The basic version of I-CHILL includes a database of over 5,000 Compressors, 485 Water Exchangers, 98 Fans.
The Coils are available in the most popular geometries but we can customize the software by adding any kind of new geometry.
One of the major problems that must be faced when managing a design software is the need to update the component data and make it immediately available to all users.
In this way, it is avoided that, in the same company, there are technicians who do not have access to component updates (compressors, exchangers, fans, etc.) or, even worse, who use obsolete data that produce inconsistent results if compared between different users.
I-Chill is software that operates in WEB, and this means that the sharing of data between users of the same company is extremely easy.

IDEA support the customer offering:

Import function operating on a pre-agreed EXCEL template, allowing updates without IDEA’s involvement.

Partnership with compressor manufacturers, enabling shared update platforms. Customers automatically receive product updates on their application.
